Salon Floor Manager / Front of House

The salon is located at the premium artisan village at Bens Yard Ely, Cambridgshire.

Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences for clients and leading a dynamic team in the beauty industry? We're seeking a skilled Salon Floor Manager / Front of House to join our vibrant team!

The Hair Company Location: Ely Cambridgshire.

Position: Salon Floor Manager/Front of House Responsibilities:-

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow on the salon floor

Achievement of Kpi's set for team

Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries

Manage salon bookings and optimise scheduling to maximize efficiency

Supervise salon staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders

Uphold salon standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation

Handle Cash / Card transactions and reconcile daily sales

Collaborate with stylists and other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Implement promotional activities and contribute to marketing initiatives

Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Previous experience in a salon or hospitality management role preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in salon software and booking systems (training provided)

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Passion for the Hair & beauty industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

FULL OR PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £15.00 per hour, plus bonus scheme

Schedule: 8 hour shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Ely, Cambridgshire : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

· Managment: 2-3 years minimum (preferred)

. Hospitality experience or Salon expirence (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week
